Installations WITH surpluses NO RECEIVED To COMPENSATION

In the cases in that the consumer do not wish to adhere to the mechanism of compensation of surpluses, or do not fulfil any of the necessary conditions to receive to him, the installation will dump to the network the surpluses of energy no self-consumed instantly neither stored.
This energy surplus will be sold in the electrical market and will receive the same treatment that the rest of energy produced by renewable sources, cogeneration and waste, being applicable the Tax on the Value of the Production of Electrical Energy (IVPEE) of 7% and the toll of generation of 0,5 %/MWh.
